What Are Standing Desks & Chairs Like?

So it’s been a few days since I bought a standing desk chair for my home office and overall I would say that it has been a mixed experience because the few things I have to keep in mind when you do decide to buy a standing desk chair.

Read my full review here: https://officehomeideas.com/

For the first few days, it was a bit difficult to get used to standing and do my work because most of the time I usually sit down to perform my duties. however over the days as I get more used to it’s an again to the habits of actually being comfortable standing and doing work it becomes a bit easier.

For the first few days I was actually sitting down quite a bit and I was getting tired from standing all day in front of the desk but over the course of the week, I noticed myself being able to stand up for longer periods of time without having the need to rest although it is important to sit down and relax from time to time because you need joints are going to hurt and it’s not a good idea to go overboard with it when you just starting out.

now I’m myself and fairly in shape and do work out and exercise so it was easier for me to get into the flow and easier for me to readjust my work habits however for some people who might be a bit overweight so perhaps who are not as active they might find it a bit more difficult to get into the rhythm and get accustomed to working like this.

when it comes to my productivity and how well able to focus and how much work I get done there’s definitely improvement there are definite improvements in my overall Focus and how fast I can get stuff done without any errors surprisingly. I think it comes down to the fact that when you standing up you don’t want to stand up for too long so you want to get stuff done as quickly as possible and I found myself not really having the motivation to check Facebook or other forms of social media platforms because the more procrastinated the more I had to stand up so it was a bit of an incentive for me to actually do my work and focus on my work.

The overall I would recommend you to use to it slowly over the period of time although it does not have that much with the fence compared to sitting down you’re not burning as much as calories compared to when you’re sitting down but the overall benefits that have he got were being more productive and realising that I was able to focus more my work and getting stuff done more quickly with this whole dynamic.

If you are overweight so maybe perhaps heavier than I would say get in shape before you decide to do this because it’s not going to magically make you lose weight so get you in shape if you really want to get in shape then you need to go to the gym and perhaps maybe even try standing that chairs if that’s more suited for people who want to get in shape. there are standing desk chairs with indoor track believe it or not.
